Dutch Ilfa Schlebos has a natural smile and takes great pleasure in serving her guests. In 2008 she decided to move to the beautiful island of Aruba and started to work at CILO when it opened doors in 2009. As floor supervisor she is always available to her guests and team, but on her off day you might catch her dancing at some of the coolest places around or just relaxing on the beach.
