Born and raised in the Netherlands, Sander moved to Aruba in 2008. Ready for a new challenge in life he started at Bistro Taste of Belgium and worked his way up to become Sous-Chef of Papillon Restaurant. At CILO City Lounge Sander is given the responsibility of the kitchen and in the tradition of other good Chefs, Sander is putting his signature on the menu.
